Kim is a pivotal part of the BK Capital team as a Client Services Associate, providing a high-level client experience and expertise. Having been with BK Capital since its inception, Kim plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and fostering a warm, welcoming environment for clients. She is passionate about working with families and ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their financial journey.
Kim brings 15 years of office administration experience and a strong commitment to client service to her role. Most recently, she spent six years at a financial firm, where she gained valuable industry experience that enhances her contributions to the team. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.
In her current role, Kim provides vital support to the team, managing and organizing the flow of new accounts and their respective documentation. She is dedicated to developing and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently delivering exceptional service.
Kim resides in upstate New York with her husband, Aaron, their two children, Kaiden and Kaylee, and their two cats, Flash and Bella. Outside of work, Kim and her family enjoy spending time outdoors, often on their local lake during the summer or skiing in Vermont during the winter.
